Alcohol Policy
We allow alcohol on the property with proof of event insurance. A bartender and an off duty police officer must be on the premises for the event. Must be arranged and paid for by the event party.
Payment Terms
We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. 50% must be paid 6 months prior to the event. 100% paid in full 30 days prior to the event.
